- Laziness - get to the gym and before you know it, you will be exercising and you will feel great!
- Lack of motivation - exercise is 99% mental. Exercise must start in your head; once it is there - once you are completely motivated, exercise and general fitness just naturally follows.
- A very important but often overlooked benefit of exercise is that after a while on an exercise program people increase their attention to more health promoting activities, such as proper nutrition, proper rest and they decrease their attention to health hindering activities, such as laziness, poor mental attitude -depression, alcohol and smoking. Therefore, persistent exercise does lead to a healthier lifestyle.
- Review your organizer every time before you exercise. This guide will help to keep you motivated as you look at what you have done, what you are going to do today, and what you will be doing tomorrow -your goals. Look at pictures of how you used to be or want to be or picture in your mind of what you want to look like and feel. - Injury leads to lost exercise time, which may lead to less motivation and an eventually cease of exercising.

- Be persistent. Hard work, persistence and success go hand in hand. One of the greatest reasons for failure is lack of persistence.
- Be confident. Confidence glows People will notice, take you more serious, give you more respect. If you are unsure, fake it. It will come in time.
- Be happy. The number one most important thing in life is happiness. There is nothing greater than being happy. Suppress negative emotions, such as discouragement, depression, helplessness, dependency, envy, and promote positive emotions, such as happiness, ambition, confidence, love, desire, and drive for success. If you are not happy, fake it. It will also come in time.
