My name is Amanda and I have tried every different work out and I just can't get a flat stomach. Can you tell what I'm doing wrong by the pictire sent with this message. I circled the area that I can not build muscle, which, I'm guessing is why my stomach has such a weird shape. I just want a nice beautiful body! Please help, email me back as soon as you can!  

Hi Amanda, For weight loss, especially abdominal fat loss, you need to do two things:

1. correct exercise workouts focused on weight loss that exercise your entire body for your particular body, and

2. a weight loss diet for your particular body. There is no such thing as spot reduction. I wish there was. Things would be a lot easier.

For body fat loss, especially stomach fat loss, you must exercise all your muscles focused on weight loss, to increase your metabolism; Therefore, you will burn fat 24 hours a day, while you are on your computer, sleeping at night, etc. Cardio burns fat only 20 minutes after you start doing cardio, so cardio is not a very effective exercise for weight loss, though helps. A typical exercise workout is incorrect for weight loss and will actually cause weight gain.

Both an exercise program designed for your particular body focused on weight loss plus a weight loss diet designed for your particular body are assisted by a quality certified personal trainer.
