Kevin Kohout earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering, with an area of emphasis in Biomechanics, at Arizona State University, in 1991. With an advanced Calculus-based education in the body systems, advanced Anatomy and Mechanics in relation to human movement, including Nutrition, Kevin designs personal fitness training programs that optimize your exercise time for maximum fitness results.

Kevin Kohout is a fitness model, winner of bodybuilding shows, and with a Biomedical Engineer education, and 20 years experience in weight loss personal training, he knows how to tailor your individual programs to decrease your body fat, tone your muscles, sculpt your body, and get you leaner.
