Intermermediate and advanced personal training clients will start at a more advanced level depending on the fitness level of the client, their body, and their goals.

Sports specific personal training will be focused on balancing your bodies muscles, since you are as strong as your weakest link, therefore we work to balance your body, lessening to eliminating weaknesses and injuries. The workouts will all be focused on maximizing your sport potential through exercises specific to increasing muscle strength for that particular sport, be it golf, tennis, volleyball, running, biking, softball, etc.
