Hi, I'm Chris Almeida. I've been exercising since 1986 and personal training since 1990. I've won many powerlifting contests and in 1998, I was number 17 strongest man in the natural power lifting world championships. I believe in old school weight lifting. My personal fitness training includes personal training programs for losing body fat, diet nutrition, body sculpting, body toning, weight training, health fitness programs by a fitness expert, certified instructor, weight loss expert, and an ace personal trainer. If you are interested in weight loss, total toning, specific toning, strength training, body sculpting, my personal training is for you.

I offer my personal training services at fitness clubs, workout gyms, private gyms, health center, in home personal training, and the outdoors (private gyms do not require a membership).
