Limit the butter, egg yolks, chocolate.
Interesting results on Monday, you started with a shake and the rest of the day much better than previous days, though can use a bit more calories, preferably with greens since greens accelerate metabolism, fill you up, clean you up, purify, immunity, etc. You are craving the chocolate because first, chocolate is somewhat addictive, so if you have some one day, then 24 hours later, you will usually want it again. This is fine since chocolate does have some positive values, especially antioxidants, but the amounts are too much. One to three bites of chocolate should do the trick. If you crave more, then obviously something else is already lacking in that day’s calories. Stop all butter if you can, heck, use strawberry jelly if you want, don’t worry about carbs. In fact, many clients use no sugar added jelly on their toast. With eggs, preferably 3 egg whites with 1 to 2 slices of turkey or even ham – purchase fresh luncheon meats at places like Whole Foods, who don’t have any preservatives in their meats.
Start every morning with a shake and fruit.
Your taste buds will adapt very quickly, about 1 to 3 days.
