Exercise Is The Greatest Investment You Can Ever Have


You Will Always Have Your Body

You will always have your body ..... and ..... you will have it for the rest of your life!  Let me ask you, how much do you invest in your car?  your house?  And how much do you invest in your body?  You will always have your body and you will most likely not always have the same car or house.  Why not invest in something you will always have?  AND make you feel better ..... literally!

Your Body Is A Machine

Your body is a machine.  If you treat it bad, it will eventually treat you bad.  Fair is fair, right? If you treat it good, it will treat you better.  Your body is like a car.  Do you put bad quality gas or dirty oil in your car?  or do you rev up your car 6000 rpm for eight hours a day?  I hope not.  Likewise, do you eat poorly or skip breakfast to go to work?  I hope not.  When you exercise and eat properly, your body will start acting like that efficient machine and you will feel it!

Exercise Is A Wonderful Thing

Exercise is a wonderful thing!  We are in the age of preventable medicine.  The cost of medicine is insurmountable.  It costs Americans billions and billions of dollars a year for health care.  According to the American Health Foundation, five out of the ten most common ways to die could be prevented through exercise.  Exercise is the foundation of preventable medicine.  It will be with us forever.  As I said, “Exercise is a wonderful thing.”

Fitness Is Personal Responsibility

FITNESS IS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!  The old saying is true, take care of your body and it will take care of you.  This book is designed to guide you through your exercise program and to help organize your routine to reach your fullest potential.

I truly 100% believe that the world will take a monumental change for the better if everyone exercised and ate correctly.  Ever notice how people who exercise a lot are always so happy, so enthused about everything, have so much energy; they are so positive about LIFE?  I am writing this book because I believe EVERYONE should live life to the fullest.  Life is much too short to go through unhappily, no matter what is making you unhappy.  Most people agree that the most important thing in life is health. People as I am aware generally do not like to get sick; if they are not healthy, they are usually not happy.  Doctors, scientists, and researchers all agree that exercise not only prevents many sicknesses, but also promotes the best quality of life possibly!  Every day should be The Best Day of your life, including today.  So start right now!

Wellness

Wellness is a balance of physical, mental, social, and spiritual components.  Keep those in balance and you will be closer to complete happiness.

Exercise helps you keep the wellness balance.  When you exercise, you fulfill your physical component.  You also feel much better about yourself and after a while on an exercise program your attention will increase to more health promoting activities, such as proper nutrition and rest and decrease your attention to health hindering activities, such as alcohol and smoking.  This fulfills your mental component.  You look and feel better; you are more confident.  You tend to be more social, which of course fulfills your social component.  With all three of these components fulfilled, you will eventually tend to fill your spiritual component.

And of course the other side of the coin is failure - things to watch out for so if they do show up, you will be prepared.
