How To Perform Lunge Curl

Start

Take two dumbells on your sides, palms facing each other.

Lunge Curls Exercise

Lunge forward or backwards as in the proper lunge, then come back. Proceed with the correct way to perform a dumbbell curl.

Pointers

Make sure your chest is up, back straight, push off your heels, keep your wrists straight.

How To Perform Upright Row Shoulder Press

Start

Take a barbell or two dumbbells, palms facing backwards.

Upright Row Shoulder Press Exercise

Proceed with the correct form for the upright row, keeping your elbows high, wrists straight. At the height, move your hands anterior to ear height, keeping your shoulders in the same place. Then proceed to the shoulder press.

Pointers

High elbows, straight wrists. Be sure to keep your chest high, knees slightly bent.
