Blueberry Muffins

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups fructose almond granola
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoons almond extract
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 cup cold pressed sunflower oil
1/2 cup fructose
1/2 cup water

 

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix dry ingredients, add liquids, mixing well.

Pour into Pyrex baking dish or muffin pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.

YUM! Excellent quality low glycemic carbohydrate.
